Halloween Hamper Prize Draw

1.    This competition is a Network promotion across Kitty Bingo and Lucky Pants Bingo and runs from 2nd of October 2024 to 16th of October 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
2.    Promo is by invitation only for funded players and who can see this offer in their “Promo” section on sitename.com.
3.    To take part in this promotion, players must Opt-in (using the Opt in button on the promotion page) and wager a minimum cumulative of £25 cash or more on any game during the promotional period to get 10 entries into a prize draw.
4.    Every additional £25 staked gets a further 10 entries.
5.    Every £25 staked on the weekends will get double entries into the draw.

Prize Draw
6.    Winners of the prize draw will receive a sweet Hamper that will be delivered to the postal address on their account.
7.    All qualifiers will be automatically entered into a random prize draw after the promotional period.
8.    Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
9.    This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
10.    Qualifying players will be drawn at random on the next day, 17th of October 2024. 
11.    There is no cash alternative for the Hampers.  
12.    By participating in this promotion (way of Opt-in), you consent to receiving the physical prize in the event that you won, to the address on your play account. 
13.    It is the player’s responsibility to check that their personal details are up to date.
14.    The winner will be contacted by email and Hampers may take up to 28 working days to be received.

15.    The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
16.    Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
17.    Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. 
18.    We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
19.    The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
20.    Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
21.    Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
22.    Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
23.    We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
24.    We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
25.    We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
26.    We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
27.    These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
