Terms & Conditions (USER AGREEMENT)


1. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used with this agreement, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Online Bingo/The Game:
Daub Alderney’s internet gaming system on the Website and related services and gaming activities as offered and listed at http://www.kittybingo.com including but not limited to, Online Bingo and/or any other games, where applicable.

Player Account :
A personal account opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to play games on the Online Bingo.

The software licensed to us including any program or data file or any other content derived therefrom, required to be downloaded, accessed or otherwise utilized by you from the Website enabling you to participate in the Online Bingo.

Username and Password:
The username and password which you choose on registration with the Online Bingo.

The user of the Online Bingo Software downloaded from the Website.

Us/We/Ours/The Company:
Daub Alderney, http://www.kittybingo.com

http://www.kittybingo.com and any related sites accessible via links or any other access way.

The Group
The companies which constitutes the Group are Daub Alderney Limited (‘Daub Alderney’), Daub Alderney subsidiaries, its holding company, Stride Gaming Plc (‘Stride’), other companies which are wholly owned by Stride and their subsidiaries.

2. Subject matter of agreement

This agreement covers the arrangements between you and us in relation to your use of the Online Casino either for playing play-for-real or play-for-fun games.

3. Legal Requirements

3.1 You can only use the Online Bingo and/or the Website if you are of the legal age as determined by the law of the country where you live.

3.2 We wish to warn potential customers that underage gambling is an offence; Kitty Bingo will not accept bets from persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer, and customer accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

3.3 Some legal jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of online gambling and others have specifically made online gambling illegal. We do not intend that anyone should use the Online Bingo and/or the Website where such use is illegal. The availability of the Online Bingo and/or the Website does not construe an offer or invitation by us to use the Online Bingo in any country in which such use is illegal. Use of the Online Bingo is void wherever prohibited by any applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Online Bingo is legal in the country where you live.

4. License to use software

4.1 You are not permitted to:

4.1.1 install or load the Software onto a server of other networked device or take other steps to make the Software available via any form of “bulletin board”, online service or remote dial-in, or network to any other person.
4.1.2 sub-license, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer or copy (except as expressly provided elsewhere in this agreement), your licence to use the Software or make or distribute copies of the Software.
4.1.3 translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Software.
4.1.4 copy or translate any user documentation provided ‘online’ or in electronic format.
4.1.5 reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software or to create derivative works based on the whole or on any part of the Software. or
4.1.6 enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass Our security system or interfere in any way (including but not limited to, robots and similar devices) with the Online Bingo or the Website or attempt to make any changes to the Software and/or any features or components thereof.
4.2 You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third party software provider company, (the “Software Provider”). The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider and protected throughout the world by copyright law. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software. This agreement applies only to the grant of the licence to use the Software.

4.5 You hereby acknowledge that it is not in our control how the Software is used by you. You load and use the Software at your own risk and in no event shall we be liable to you for any direct, consequential, incidental or special damage or loss of any kind (except personal injury or death resulting from our negligence).
4.6 The Software is for entertainment value only. No purchase is necessary or required to play the Game (i.e. when playing in Fun mode). By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do not find the Game or the Bingo to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.
4.7 The Software may include confidential information which is secret and valuable to the Software Provider and/or us. You are not entitled to use or disclose that confidential information other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
4.8 Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorised legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
4.9 The Website uses software from a number of providers, the majority of which are licensed and approved within the Alderney jurisdiction; however some games are licensed outside of that jurisdiction. For a complete list of games per jurisdiction please refer to the game text within the games lobby, this will state where the game is licensed for player reference.
4.10 All theoretical Return to Player Percentages (RTP%) are displayed on the site within the game information on the games page.

5. Bingo Games

5.1 A new game is played every 3 to 5 minutes.
5.2 A new ball is called every 3 seconds.
5.3 There is a 1 card minimum purchase per game, and a maximum purchase of 192 cards per game. For games where card purchases are charged, cash in your real balance will be used before funds in your bonus balance.
5.4 Card prices vary in cost. Kitty Bingo reserves the right to change card prices from time to time.
5.5 Bingo is played in “Autoplay” mode, whereby players will always be notified of a winning bingo card.
5.6 The purchase of all cards is final.
5.7 We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled promotion with less than 3 players. In such an event each player who bought a ticket for the cancelled Bingo Game will receive a full refund to the same balance (real money and/or bonus) from which he/she was charged.
5.8 In the case of there being more than one winning card, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winning tickets.
5.9 Players who win a tangible prize as the result of any promotion (includes vouchers) and do not wish to accept the prize may opt for a cash alternative at 75% of the value of the prize or 100% of the value of the prize in bonus funds.
5.10 Any winnings over £50 accrued by a player in a non funded state will become null and void and cannot be withdrawn, this applies to all games.
5.11 We reserve the right to decrease the relative contribution of bonus money to jackpot amounts by differentiating bonus money from real money wagering.
5.12 We use the words “free bingo” in the sense that you do not need to deposit money with us to purchase a bingo card and participate. Free Bingo is provided as an additional service specifically designed to enhance a player’s enjoyment of our site. The term ‘free bingo’ is defined as not having to pay for the card ticket price in the free bingo room. However, a player is responsible for the associated cost of using the Internet when participating. The Company reserves the right to remove or make amendments to the free bingo service at any time without prior notice.
5.13 You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non−professional use. Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited. Constant use of the free bingo games (i.e. playing more than 3 hours or 120 games a day on average every week and staying in the free bingo rooms continuously) will be regarded as professional use.
5.14 Prebuy game cards will remain valid whether the associated account is open or closed and the financial value of the prebuy game cards will not be refunded under any circumstances.
By accepting the prize, winners are required to provide photos of themselves and a testimonial.
Prize will be sent to winning player upon confirmation of their details.
If a player does not confirm their details within 30 days following the end of the game, we reserve the right to declare the win null and void.
5.15 Unless otherwise stated all bingo bonuses carry 4x wagering conditions of the total amount (deposit + bonus). Bonus money can only be used to play on bingo games. Wagering requirements can only be met on bingo games. If you request a withdrawal prior to having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be declared null and void. Please select the deposit bonus from the cashier when making your deposit.
5.16 Any unresolved bets remaining undecided in incomplete games will become void after 90 days and will be forfeited to charity.
5.17 Winnings will be credited in the type of fund used to purchase cards e.g real money or bonus.

6. House Rules

6.1 Chat Games

6.1.1 Chat room prizes are not subject to any limits per customer or per period, however, you will only be entitled to such prizes if you have purchased a bingo ticket in the current draw when the prize is on offer. For our Chat Party Tournament, where non-winner chat games are played, customers are limited to 2 bonuses per hour.

6.1.2 For a Chat Game to play out, there must be a minimum of 3 funded players in the current bingo game. If there are less funded players, the CG will be cancelled.

6.1.3 Players must have purchased at least 3 cards for the current bingo game to be eligible to win the current Chat Game.

6.1.4 A player who has not funded his account in the last 7 days is only eligible for prizes won during a chat game if they fund their account within 10 minutes of winning the chat game, and go back and tell the chat moderator to have their prize credited. Only answers with the correct spelling and player’s first answers will the considered for chat games.

6.1.5 Free Spins & Cards are valid for 24 hours only.

6.1.6 Maximum winnings of up to £5 can be collected from the Free Spins (unless otherwise specified)

6.1.7 A player who wins a physical prize has 30 days to confirm their address for delivery else the prize will be forfeited.

6.1.8 The Chat Moderator’s (CM) decision is final

6.1.9 Only the player’s first answer counts.


6.2 Social Media

6.2.1 We reserve the right to cancel a game with less than 5 participants and All games last for 7 days unless specified otherwise.

6.2.2 You must be a funded player to be eligible to win points, bonuses, spins and prizes.

6.2.3 Usernames must be included in your answers for your winnings to be credited.

6.2.4 Account crediting will be completed within 48 hours and if over a weekend, will be credited on a Monday.

6.2.5 Physical prizes are available to UK residents only.

6.2.6 All games last for 7 days unless specified otherwise.


6.3 General Rules

6.3.1 We will process your withdrawal within 5 workings days considering that any pay-outs and player verification has been duly completed

6.3.2 For your own protection and for quality and training purposes telephone conversations and any other communications between you and the site may be recorded and/or monitored.

6.3.3 We reserve the right to suspend and/or close your account should you be found using offensive, abusive or violent behaviour towards Casino site's employees (as determined by Casino Site). We further reserve the right to take measures as deemed appropriate including reporting to relevant local authorities and law enforcement agencies.

7. Security

7.1 We are a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Alderney and are regulated by the laws of that country. We are licensed by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for the purpose of operating a virtual casino on the internet, under the name www.kittybingo.com. We also hold a remote operating licence from the UK Gambling Commission which regulates our UK market.
7.2 We only allow access to playing games on the Online Bingo through secured networks using encryption of the user name and password. You cannot play games on the Online Bingo without passing our customer security login.
7.3 You are only permitted to enter the Online Bingo for your own personal entertainment, non-professional and non-commercial use. You may not use the Online Bingo on behalf of another person. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Online Bingo or the Web site is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Daub Alderney.
7.4 You must keep your Username and Password confidential and should not disclose these details to anybody. You may not use anyone else’s password. You shall be responsible for all transactions conducted in relation to your Player Account using your Password. Every person who identifies him/herself by entering your correct Username and Password is assumed by us to be you and all transactions where the Username and Password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid.
7.5 The Company shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter the Bingo because of anything other than the Company’s error.
7.6 You will not allow any third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your Player Account to use the Online Bingo and you will not use any other person’s Player Account or means of payment to access the Online Bingo or the Website or the Software.
7.7 It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the rules and procedures of the games in the Online Bingo and your use of online gaming in general before you play any such games.
7.8 We are using the best methods available today for the encryption of the Username and Password information, and any other sensitive information transferred to and from the client application and our servers, thus securing the Player and us against manipulation attempts by a third party. You will not break in, access or attempt to break in or access or otherwise by-pass our security. If we have a suspicion that you have attempted to or may be attempting to break in, access or otherwise by-pass our security or the Software, we will be entitled to terminate with immediate effect your access to the Online Bingo and/or have your account blocked, and we reserve the right to inform the applicable authorities.
7.9 We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is set out in full HERE. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time. However, we reserve the right to ask you to provide us with additional details and any such additional information will be kept confidential. We further reserve the right under certain circumstances to disclose certain details to relevant authorities should it be required to do so by law, an arm of the state or a regulatory body. Subject to the provisions of the privacy policy, this right to disclose personal information to bodies or authorities whose purpose is to investigate money laundering, fraud and other criminal activity will be to the extent required by law.

8. Your Responsibilities

8.1 We make no representation or warranty with respect to the legality or otherwise of the accessing and use of the Online Bingo in your country of residence and it is solely your responsibility to determine whether such accessing and use of the Online Bingo by you is legal. We further warrant in that respect that it does not intend to enable you to contravene any applicable law.

8.2 You shall not transfer in any way whatsoever your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent.

8.3 You are fully responsible for all taxes, fees and other costs incidental to and arising from winnings resulting from use of the Online Bingo.

8.4 By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, you consent to the use of your name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

8.5 It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration details.

8.6 Payments

8.6.1 You agree that we or a payment processing company on our behalf will handle all financial account transactions (“Payment Processor”). You hereby agree that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe or any suspicion that you may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, collusion, unlawful, or improper activity.

8.6.2 If you wish to check your current deposit limits, please visit the Player Limits section in the cashier or contact our Customer Support team.

8.6.3 You agree to fully pay any and all payments due to us or any third party in connection with your use of the Online Bingo. You further agree not to submit any payment disputes and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your due payments and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid payments including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your payment.

8.7 You accept that you are solely responsible for the supply and maintenance of all of the computer equipment and telecommunications networks and internet access services that you need to use in order to access the Online Bingo. We will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss caused to you by the internet or any telecommunication service provider which you have engaged in order to access to the Online Bingo or to the Website.

8.8 You acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games played on the Online Bingo and you accept the outcomes of all such games. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on the Software and the game server, the result that appears on the game server will prevail and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the Online Bingo gaming activity. Should you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to the Company via email (support@kittybingo.com) within fourteen (14) days.

8.8.1 Any form of game malfunction or error, all bets and winnings will be null and void with the stake returned to the player account with the funds that were placed, i.e. real money bets will be refunded with real funds, and bonus funds bets will be refunded with bonus funds.

8.9 You will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages our reputation or our software provider or any other related service providers.

8.10 You acknowledge that if your Player Account is opened you will fully indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against all and any losses, costs, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities and damages however caused that may arise as a result of your (a) entry, use, or reuse of the Website or the Online Bingo; (b) breach of any of the terms and provisions of this agreement. You further agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers harmless, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of this Agreement by you, and any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Online Bingo or the Software.

8.11 You are reminded to print a copy of all transaction data, rules, payment methods and cancellation/refund methods in order to avoid misconceptions at a later time.

8.12 We reserve the right to change this agreement from time to time as set out in clause 10 below. It is your responsibility to check from time to time and see whether there is a notification of change in accordance with clause 10.

9. Your warranties and representations

You warrant and represent that:
9.1 you are not a resident of the prohibited countries as listed below
9.2 you are an individual acting on your own behalf
9.3 you are not restricted by limited legal capacity.
9.4 you are not classified as a compulsive gambler.
9.5 all details which you give or have given in the process of registering with the Online Bingo are accurate and that you will continue to update such details should there be any changes.
9.6 you are fully aware of the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use of the Software to play games on the Online Bingo.
9.7 you are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or un-authorised activities.
9.8 you are not otherwise conducting criminal activities and/or intending to utilise the Player Account in connection with such activities. You are not using or intending to use or intending to allow any other person to use the Online Bingo and the Player Account for any prohibited or unlawful activity, including but not limited to, fraud or money laundering, under any applicable law in particular your jurisdiction and the laws that apply to us.
9.9 you are not colluding or attempting to collude or intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other player in the course of any game you play or will play on the Online Bingo.
9.10 you are not under the age of either (i) 18 or (ii) the age at which gambling activities are legal under the law of the jurisdiction that applies to you, whichever is greater.
9.11 the debit/credit card details supplied by you in the registration process relate to a debit or credit account of which you personally are the sole account holder (it is not, for example, a debit or credit card belonging jointly to you and your partner/spouse or a company credit card) and the name you have registered on your Player Account exactly matches the sole name on the debit/credit card and the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.
9.12 you are not one of our officer, director, employee, consultant or agent or of one of our affiliated or subsidiary companies, or suppliers or vendors, and you are not any of their relatives as well (for the purpose of this clause, the term “relative” means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling). In any event that you have breached this prohibition, among others actions that will be taken against you, you will not be entitled to any of your winnings.
9.13 you have not previously held a Player Account which was suspended or terminated either by us or by any other online gaming operator, disputed any payments via a Player Account or maintains a current Player Account; and
9.14 in opening the Player Account you will not provide any information or make any statement to us which is untrue, false, incorrect or misleading.
9.15 ‘Kittybingo.com’ is the trade name of the Company, and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, images, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the material contained therein.
9.16 Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.
9.17 You are allowed to have only one account at Kittybingo.com

10. Changes to this agreement or the privacy policy

10.1 We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to this agreement or the Games Rules or Privacy Policy at any time.
10.2 Where a change has been made to the Terms and Conditions, players will be prompted to re-accept the Terms and Conditions before they deposit and access any games.
10.3 If you continue to use the Website or the Online Bingo after we have updated the changes (regardless to the way we have notified of such changes), you agree to be bound by those changes whether or not you have had actual notice of, or have read, the relevant changes. If you do not agree to be bound by relevant changes, you should not continue to use the Website or the Online Bingo any further.

11. Reservation of rights

11.1 We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to:

11.1.1 refuse to register any applicant for registration on the Website or the Online Bingo;
11.1.2 refuse to accept any wager on the Online Bingo;
11.1.3 change, suspend, remove, modify or add any game or tournament on the Online Bingo.
11.2 We reserve the right to make inquiries on you, including credit checks, with third party credit and financial institutions, in accordance with the information you have provided us with.
11.3 Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, the bet, or that part of the bet if it’s a multiple bet/parlay will be null and void.
11.4 Where a manifest error, game error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect real funds or bonus funds or loyalty points being awarded, the incorrectly awarded real funds or bonus funds or loyalty points or winnings derived from such credits shall be removed from the player account.
11.5 In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, our decision will be final and binding.
11.6 We reserve the right to reasonably withhold any pay out or winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction in order to ensure that payment of the winning amount is being made to the correct person. For this purpose, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to demand that you will provide us with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction.
11.7 We may at any time disclose certain personal information of yours to third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is set out in full under the Privacy Policy link on the web site.
11.8 In the event that we will suspect fraud or fraudulent activity on your part or any of your payments are disputed, we will have the right to withhold any pay-out or winning amounts due to you and if necessary, to lawfully collect any payments owed by you.

11.9 Whether or not any fraudulent activity has occurred, you acknowledge the importance of the warranties given by you in this Agreement relating to accurate registration and payment information for the purposes of approving your account and verifying the source of any payments.We may at any time without prior notice to you terminate your use of the Online Bingo and block your Player Account if it considers that you are in breach of any of the terms and provisions of this Agreement or that you are otherwise acting illegally. We will not be under any obligation in such circumstances to refund or otherwise reimburse you for any of the funds in your Player Account. Scenarios include, but are not limited to, the following:

11.9.1 If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Online Bingo.
11.9.2 If the name on your Player Account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Player Account.
11.9.3 If you participate in an Online Bingo promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion.
11.9.4 If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information.
11.9.5 If you are not of legal age.
11.9.6 If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law.
11.9.7 If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Player Account.
11.9.8 If you have not played bingo on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.).
11.9.9 If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Online Bingo OR
11.9.10 If the Company should become aware that you have played at any other on-line Bingo under any of the circumstances set out at 1) to 9) above.

11.10 We reserve the right to close a player’s account and return funds on the account without reason.

11.10.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer and advertise from time to time promotions, bonuses or other special offers and each such offer will be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be valid for a limited period of time. In connection with the specific terms of the above promotions, bonus and special offers, we further reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal amount from your account which will be in excess of your original deposit. In addition, we reserve the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount or amend any policy in the event that we suspect that you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) other promotions; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game.
11.10.2 By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, promotion winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs of them and to also provide commentary about winning the prize/tournament for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
11.11 We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any person without notice and you will be deemed to consent to such assignment.
11.12 We reserve the right to close Real Money Player Accounts registered from certain countries. This policy is introduced to reduce risks of fraud against us, prevent access to players from countries where such type of gambling is or becomes illegal and to prevent access to players from countries which are or becomes marked as high risk countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologise to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused.

11.13 If an account has no activity for 365 days it will be considered as dormant.
11.14 If any sum is incorrectly credited to your account you are obliged to notify the Company, and the Company is entitled to reverse such credits and/or recover such sums from you (with interest) if withdrawn. If you use the sums improperly credited to place bets, the Company can void (i.e. cancel) all such bets and reverse any winnings.
11.15 Any funds from dormant or suspended accounts will be cleared periodically (after a 12 month period) and donated to charity. Kittybingo.com will make all reasonable attempts to contact dormant account holders prior to this so they may close or re-activate their accounts.
11.16 Any funds you deposit with the Company will be held in a bank account in the name of the Company (the “Quistclose Trust Account”). The Quistclose Trust Account is a separate account which only contains funds deposited by and due to players.
Please note that the Quistclose Trust Account meets the UK Gambling Commission’s requirements at the medium protection level because we hold player funds separate from Company funds in this account. This means that arrangements have been made to ensure assets in the customer accounts are distributed to customers in the event of insolvency. 11.17 We reserve the right to nullify a player’s participation in any chat games for any specified period of time if the player’s participation is:

» deemed to be causing conflict in the chat room

» strategic in any manner to ensure a win

12. Term

This agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance by clicking on the “I agree” button (within the Software), and shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated in accordance with clause 11.9. For the avoidance of doubt it is agreed that you are bound by this Agreement if you use the Online Bingo or the Website or the Software in any way, including, but not limited to, initiating or making a deposit through your Account or submitting your deposit details to us.

13. Governing law

13.1 The construction, validity and performance of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Alderney. However, this shall not prevent us from bringing any action in the court of any other jurisdiction for injunctive or similar relief. The English language version of this Agreement will prevail over any other language version issued by us.

13.2 The illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this agreement will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder.

14. Player Account Management

14.1 Self-Imposed Deposit Limit
A player is allowed to set self-imposed deposit limits at Kittybingo.com as per our Responsible Gaming policy. Player-led limits are only increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed and only once the player has taken positive action at the end of the cooling off period to confirm his/her request. Limit reductions are usually implemented upon change request however changes could take up to 24 hours of the request being received to be active.

Kittybingo.com has the sole discretion to agree or to refuse any request for an increase in deposit limits. Kittybingo.com reserves the right to ask for documentary evidence for player identification in line with its account opening procedures before acceding to any request for an increase.Players can either impose their own financial limits or choose to have house limits which will be the default limit assigned upon registration. 14.2 Take a Break
Players have the option to request for a “Take a Break” period from their account at any stage during their Kittybingo.com membership. Players can contact Support Team and request for the “Take a Break” for the following periods:

24 hours
48 hours
7 days

Once the “Take a Break” period has lapsed, the player account will be re-opened and the player will be sent a notification by e-mail. 14.3 Account Closure
You have the right to close your account at any time and you may indicate your desire to close your account through phone, chat or e-mail.

Such closure shall occur within 72 hours after receipt by us of your request should there be no activities in your account in those 72 hours. Players are required to re- confirm their intention to close their accounts if they access their account to play within the 72 hours to prevent any unwanted interruption in their game sessions.

You accept that you shall remain responsible for any activity on your account between advising us of your notification and the closure of your account by us. We are not liable for the non-receipt of any account closure requests.

Players may still receive promotional/marketing material for up to 21 days after account closure, if such request for account closure is made after a campaign launch.

14.4 Self-Exclusion
Any player who wishes to restrict himself/herself from gambling at Kittybingo.com can make use of our self-exclusion policy at any point in time. Upon such a request from a player, we shall close the player’s account on all sites operating under Daub Alderney Limited license issued by the UK Gambling Commission which shall be for a minimum period of 6 months to a maximum of 5 years. During an exclusion period, the account cannot be re-opened for any reason. Upon self-exclusion all future wagers, pre-purchased bingo tickets, loyalty points, bonus funds and entries in any promotions will be forfeited. These will not be reinstated if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period. All remaining balances provided the terms and conditions are met, less any active bonuses will be transferred to the player bank card, bank account, paid by cheque or transferred to any other payment method which we make available.
Accounts closed as part of our self-exclusion policy cannot be re-opened for any reason until the self-exclusion period has expired. Upon expiry of the self-exclusion period a player may request to re-open a closed account by contacting our 24/7 Customer Support team on free phone 0808 238 6070 (Toll Free) or 0203 551 9705 (Landline) with the details of the account to be re-opened. When a request to re-open is made, a player will need to wait for a 24 hour cooling off period before that the account can be re-activated.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure compliance with our responsible gaming self-exclusion policy. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that whilst a player is self-excluded, the player do not receive any marketing material from us. However, we cannot be held liable for any 3rd third party affiliate marketing that a player may receive which remains beyond our control.
